Select Activity

  • Select your event or conference activity and the quantity of lights required.

Order & Payment

  • Place your order online, available for SolarBuddy branded lights only, or download our Event Order Form. Orders must be made 4 weeks ahead of your scheduled event, allowing 6 weeks for branded lights. If you’d like to order branded lights please download our order form and submit it through our online enquiry portal.

Delivery

  • Once payment has been received the lights will be dispatched from our warehouse and you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and expected delivery date.

Collection

  • Once you’ve completed your program fill out a Request Collection Form. Pack your lights ready for collection and we’ll arrange a courier to pick them up.

Light Distribution

  • All lights will undergo a quality control check before being distributed. You can look forward to receiving photos of your buddy receiving the gifted lights and letters.
